We have flexibility on our cancellations policy. Most of Cancellations occur because of bad weather which is rare in Florida… If the day of your charter there is bad weather, we can reschedule for another day without any additional fee. The experience can be cancelled and fully refunded up to 14 days before the experience starts.

I live in Miami for three and a half years. In April I hired Flow to take a walk with my family and it was the best !!! Excellent service, with lots of safety, cleanliness and impeccable service! Congratulations to Flow Y-Charters who picked us up promptly on our stay in Ft lauderdale. They managed to reconcile hotel, boat and locomotion between both thanks to their spectacular Concierge service. Great tips and places to see. We chartered the canals of this wonderful city and also booked us a wonderful restaurant along the canal that arrived on board. EVERYTHING PERFECT!! We will return for sure and this next time, we will go even further with them. Future plans for the Caribbean.
